Here is a collection of approved breakfast recipes that you can make on the mold detox diet.  Breakfast ideas can be soups that are premade the week before and frozen, egg dishes and more.

*Keep in mind that some recipes have ingredients that are not approved on the mold detox diet.  It is rough to find recipes on the internet that have the exact ingredients that are approved.  For this reason, we have added extra instructions below each picture to let you know which ingredients should be omitted for safety of "No dairy, no sugars, no grains and no hidden moldy foods"

Healing BROTH Recipes

Jennifer's Healing Bone Broth - Beef
Jennifer's Healing Bone Broth - Beef

1/2 Lb Grass Fed Beef bones
1 gallon filtered water (berkey)
3 stalks celery organic
2 cups curley or flat parsley
3 organic carrots
1/2 organic red onion
6 cloves organic garlic
1/4 c fresh squeezed lemon organic
3 organic bay leaves
2 tbsp pink himalayan salt
1/4 t organic thyme
1/4 t organic rosemary

Place all ingredients into a slow cooker or large pot then poor water about an inch from the top. Cover and simmer or slow cook for 12-24 hours.

Let cool. Using a stainless Steel strainer, strain the vegetables and bones. Pour strained broth into mason jars only 2/3 full and no more to prevent the jar from breaking in the freezer. Or pour broth into silicone trays for smaller frozen portions.

Warm and sip bone broth twice a day to improve gut health, help heal SIBO, Heal Leaky Gut, reverse autoimmiune, protect the gut lining from fungus and mycotoxin.
